A Christmas Thank You Greeting

Thank You !

At Creative Fingers we have an annual 'Christmas Thank You Greeting'
a lovely idea to say thank you to our sponsors for the year.
I chose to say 'Thank You' to 'The Stamping Chef' and used the image
'Alyce' as it is one of my favourites (hope I've done it justice)

I used the following Spectrum Noirs:

CR7, CR9, CR11, DR5, DR6
FS1, FS5, FS6
GB1, GB8, GB10 LG1, LG2, LG3, LG5
 GB1, GB3, LY1, LY2, LY3, CT4

I also used:
Hunkydory 'From the Heart' Christmas card, insert & papers
Hunkydory gold embossed mirri card
Craftwork Cards accordion card blank

I cut down the insert and placed it on the reverse

I hope you like it 'Stamping Chef' :))

Thank you for all your comments, they are really appreciated

I wish you all A Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year

It's a new challenge at

Christmas Decor

Crafting When We Can Challenge

Theme - Clean & Simple

Can't believe it's Sunday already! and another week closer to Christmas. It's a new challenge at Crafting When we Can & we are sponsored this week by ' A Random Fan' & I chose 'Christmas Decor' to play with, and this is what I did with it.

I used the following Spectrum Noirs:

FS1, FS2
IG1, IG2, IG4, IG6
LY1, CT2
CR5, CR7, CR9, CR11, DR5
LG1, LG2, LG3, LG5

To keep to the theme of clean & simple I chose just to matt and layer with red & white card stock, and I wrote out the sentiment ' Is it too late to be good?' as I thought that the penguins looked quite cheeky.

Rory's Christmas Present Delivery

It's a new challenge at

Crafters Cafe Challenge Blog

Our sponsor this week is the fabulous 'Lacey Sunshine Stamps'
& our theme is 'Anything Goes'

I chose 'Rory's Christmas Present Delivery', I have several of the 'Rory' digi stamps so was really pleased to add another to my collection.

I used Spectrum Noir markers to colour her:

FS1, FS5, FS6
GB1, GB8, GB10
TB1, TB2, TB3, TB4, TB5
CR6, CR7, CR9, CR11, DR5
TN2, TN3, TN4, TN6, TN7

I used some free digi papers called ' Winters Freebie', by 'Katies Wish' which I matted & layered with red then silver card. I added ribbon, snowflake charms & a sentiment that reads
'sending you Christmas Wishes'

I hope you like it as much as I do, as I mentioned I have several of the 'Rory' digi's, so keeping with the papers & colour theme I coloured the others & decided to make a folder so I can sell them as a boxed set, after I made up the cards I had enough paper for the envelope liners.

Thank You for taking the time to stop by I really appreciate all your lovely comments.

I will enter this card into the following challenges:

Alyce

Crafting When We Can Challenge #80

'Name It'

It's time for a new challenge and our theme this fortnight is - name it. This week we had our choice of images from our sponsor - The Stamping Chef. & I chose the beautiful image Alyce to play with.

This is what I did with  her -

Ingredients

Spectrum Noir pens to colour her:
Reds - CR6, CR7, CR9, CR11
Greens - LG1, LG2, LG3, LG5
Yellows - GB1, GB3, LY1, LY2, LY3, CT4

Glossy Accents for her eyes & Glitter for her wings

I created the background using 'Worn Lipstick' distress ink as a wash & I coloured the dress & her hair twice so that I could add it after with silicone glue for dimension, and I love it, I've turned her into a Christmas fairy but you could use her for any occasion.

I used some +HunkydoryCrafts papers that was a freebie in this months cardmaking & papercraft magazine to make this a really festive card, and used a matching paper for the inside.

I hope you like it as much as I do.

I've entered this card into the following challenges:

The Stamping Chef - Challenge #50 Anything Goes
